Welcome to Springfield Game and Country Meats

We are the Brown family from Springfield Farm, Penicuik, Midlothian, where we produce and sell the most delicious outdoor reared meats. All our beef, lamb and pork has been reared on our farm and we sell locally, direct to our customers. 

We will have different products and cuts of meat available depending on the time of year, just have a look at our products page to see what is available or if you have a specific request get in touch. 

You are welcome to pop up to the farm to purchase from us direct - please call first to make sure we are in. Alternatively we sell at West Linton Market on the first Saturday of each month. Check our Facebook page for updates.
